How does gravity work?
Gravity is the force that pulls objects toward each other. It is what keeps us grounded and ensures planets remain in orbit around the sun. Gravity depends on the mass of the objects involved, the greater the mass, the stronger the pull.
According to Sir Isaac Newton, gravity acts like an invisible thread between two masses. However, Albert Einstein later explained it as the curvature of space-time caused by massive objects. This means that objects move along the curve created by the presence of mass, a more modern and elegant explanation.
